Fantasy Source: Plenty of options exist in Week 10

Welcome to Week 10, fantasy owners. With no teams on bye, everyone's fantasy squad should be at full strength?aside from injuries, of course.

That should be a good thing, but sometimes having a surplus of capable options causes just as many problems as not having enough.

But don't worry?Fantasy Source is here to help you with your tough lineup decisions and guide you through all the action. Join expert Bill Bender on Sunday morning from 10 a.m. ET until kickoff for our weekly Start/Sit Chat. This chat is for Fantasy Source subscribers only, so sign up today!

Fantasy Source members should also be sure to check out our new Game-Time Decisions page for the latest injury news and replacement options. We'll also be Tweeting out injury updates, so follow us for the most up-to-date information (@FantasyBlitz). There's no excuse for leaving Hakeem Nicks or Lance Moore in your lineups if they're ruled out.

Once your lineups are set, stick around for Matt Lutovsky's In-Game Live Chat for instant fantasy updates and analysis. It's a great way to find out the latest on injuries, playing time and potential breakout players. Last week, readers of the chat were the first to hear about Miles Austin's injury and Roy Helu's increased role in the Redskins' offense. The in-game chat is also a great place to just hang out and talk football all afternoon.

Following the games, we'll have a free roundup of all of Sunday's action and a premium column for our subscribers about what we learned over the weekend.

If your current fantasy team is unlikely to make the playoffs and you're tired of all the injuries, you can start from scratch with Sporting News's free-to-enter $500 Week 10 Fantasy Football Giveaway. Pick players from the Sunday and Monday games of Week 10 and watch the games. Prizes are paid out on Tuesday. It's a one-weekend fantasy league from our partners at FanDuel.com, and again, it's completely free-to-enter. Join now!

If that's still not enough, you can also play the Aikman Fantasy QB game on Facebook against Troy Aikman. Aikman received an Emmy nomination in 2004, which is pretty impressive when you think about it.

Fantasy Source is ready for Week 10. Are you?

Stock Watch: Matt Schaub, QB, Texans. Schaub has been a consistent source of fantasy points this season, even without Andre Johnson, but his owners are likely worried after he accounted for just 119 yards last week and failed to throw a TD pass for the first time all season. While Schaub hasn't put up monster numbers most weeks, he?s been a stable QB1 thanks to some well-timed rushing TDs and few turnovers (just two in his past four games). That should continue. He has a decent matchup this week against Tampa (15th most fantasy points allowed to QBs), then gets a week to rest. Most important is that he's expected to get Johnson back after the bye. Don't give up on Schaub because of one bad game.

Week 10 Sleeper: Jason Hill, WR, Jaguars. The Jaguars have the worst passing offense in the NFL (142.6 passing yards per game); the Colts are giving up the most fantasy points per game to WRs (28.4). Something's gotta give. Hill figures to benefit the most from this matchup despite having less name value than Mike Thomas. Hill has been targeted six more times than Thomas over the past four games, and he's scored in three of those four contests. Neither Hill nor Thomas is a sure thing, but if you're hurting at WR because of injuries, you could do a lot worse.

Rookie Report: Jeremy Kerley, WR, Jets. Kerley made his first career NFL catch against the Patriots back in Week 5, finishing that game with three receptions for 35 yards and a score. In the three games since then, he's posted 10 catches for 70 yards. While those aren't overly impressive numbers, it's worth noting that Kerley has been targeted 19 times over the past four games?the same amount as Santonio Holmes and just six fewer than team leader Plaxico Burress. Kerley is someone to watch in PPR leagues, especially this week against New England's league-worst pass defense. With Burress slowed in practice because of a back injury, Kerley could see an increased role and make an impact.
