PFT: Starting QB gig is Tebow?s 'job to lose'

Terrelle Pryor, Drew RosenhausAP

Terrelle Pryor?s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, says Pryor will be a first-round pick in the NFL?s supplemental draft.

Pryor isn?t counting on that.

Instead, Pryor told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, he?s just hoping to get drafted at some point, by whatever team wants him, whenever the still-unscheduled supplemental draft takes place.

?Whether I go as a first-round [supplemental] draft pick or a seventh-round draft pick, it doesn?t matter,? Pryor said. ?When I get in there, I?m going to work my butt off and compete.?

Until he gets that chance, Pryor says he?s getting regular tutoring from former Bengals quarterback Ken Anderson, who?s teaching him some of the things he didn?t learn at Ohio State.

?Footwork and getting my hips right during my throwing motion is the biggest thing he?s taught me,? Pryor said. ?Little things to make me a better quarterback. . . . I?m getting a chance to work on things I didn?t do well at Ohio State. I have a chance to get better. I want to be the best quarterback I can possibly be.?

Even if he enters the NFL as a seventh-round supplemental draft pick.
