Bucks score important win in overtime over Philadelphia

MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin (Reuters) - The Milwaukee Bucks maintained their slim playoff chances by completing a 93-87 victory in overtime over the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday.

The 10th-placed Bucks (31-45) now trail the eighth-placed Indiana Pacers (35-42) by 3- games for the final playoff position in the Eastern Conference with six games remaining.

Brandon Jennings, who was awful in regulation missing all six of his attempts from the floor, scored nine of his 13 points in overtime, including a three-pointer with 3:03 remaining to break an 81-81 tie.

John Salmons led the Bucks with 19 points and Andrew Bogut had a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds.

Elton Brand led Philadelphia with 20 points and 12 rebounds and Jrue Holiday added 15 points and 10 rebounds.
