Houston Rockets looking for trading partners

Rockets GM Daryl Morey is looking to shakeup his roster by the trade deadline, and no one on the team is considered untouchable, the Houston Chronicle reported.

Shane Battier is among the players most likely to be moved. He?d be coveted around the league because of his defense and intelligence, and maybe more importantly, because he?s in the final year of his contract, meaning he?s probably Houston?s most valuable asset on the trade market, according to the report.

Houston Rockets looking for trading partners Houston will be active as the trade deadline approaches. In the final year of his contract, Shane Battier appears to be the most likely player to get dealt.

Houston is 25-29 this year and well back of the No. 8 playoff seed.

It?s been a trying season for the Rockets, who have been without center Yao Ming for nearly the entire year.
